पाकिस्तान मीडिया में ऐसी ख़बरें बरसो से आती रहती हैं। वहाँ क़ब्र खोद कर ये बहशी बलात्कार करते हैं। इसलिए  वहां  दफन  की गई   लाशों की कई दिनों तक रखवाली की जाती है


नेक्रोफिलिया से संबंधित यौन व्यवहार के गंभीर सामाजिक और कानूनी परिणाम हो सकते हैं। दुनिया के विभिन्न हिस्सों में विशेषज्ञ और कानूनी नीति परिषदें नेक्रोफीलिया को बलात्कार के कृत्य के रूप में मानती हैं

मृत्‍युओं और आत्‍मघातों से भरे इतिहास, मिथकों और दंतकथाओं में जो मौत सर्वाधिक आकृष्‍ट करती है, वह है मिस्र की अंतिम फैरो सम्राज्ञी क्लियोपैट्रा की मौत।

जूलियस सीज़र की मौत के 14 शाल बाद और मार्क एंटनी के आत्‍मघात के ताज़ातरीन ज़ख्‍़म के बाद जब क्लियोपैट्रा ने जाना कि ऑक्टेवियस (रोमन साम्राज्‍य का संस्‍थापक, जिसे बाद में “ऑगस्टस” के नाम से जाना गया) की फ़ौजें अलेक्‍सैंड्रिया में प्रवेश कर चुकी हैं और सर्वनाश समीप है तो उसने ओक्टेवियस के नाम एक संदेश भिजवाया, “मैं मार्क एंटनी के साथ ही अपनी आखिरी नींद सोना चाहती हूं.” संदेश मिलते ही ऑक्टेवियस के सैनिक दौड़े लेकिन तब तक देरी हो चुकी थी.

30 अगस्‍त, 30 ईसवी पूर्व. क्लियोपैट्रा ने दूध से स्‍नान किया, सोने के आभूषण पहने, एक एस्‍प सांप (इजिप्शियन कोबरा) को उसकी पेटिका से निकाला और उसके साथ खेलते हुए उसे अपनी निर्वसन देह (बाएं वक्ष) पर अपने विषदंत गड़ाने दिए. जब तक रोमन सैनिक पहुंचे, तब तक क्लियोपैट्रा की मौत हो चुकी थी. उसकी अनुचारिका कैर्मियोन से पूछा जाता है कि क्‍या यह साम्राज्ञी ने स्‍वयं किया, जिस पर वह जवाब देती है, “बिल्कुल, और उन्‍होंने यह बहुत अच्‍छे-से किया.” यह कहकर कैर्मियोन गिर पड़ती है. उसने और उसकी साथी एइरास ने भी विषपान कर लिया था.
जिस अनिंद्य सुंदरी की देह की लालसा अनेक शासकों में रही, उसे अंतत: एक विषधर ने मौत का चुम्‍बन दिया।

यूनानी भूगोलविद स्‍त्राबो ने क्लियोपैट्रा की मृत देह और फर्श पर रेंगते एस्‍प सांप को देखा था. स्‍त्राबो के वर्णन के आधार पर रोमन महाकवि प्‍लूटार्क ने अपनी पुस्‍तक “लाइफ़ ऑफ़ एंटनी” में इस किस्‍से को दर्ज किया, और फिर बाद में शेक्‍सपीयर ने अपने नाटक “एंटनी एंड क्लियोपैट्रा” में भी इसी मिथक को आधार बनाया.

 “Here, on her breast, there is a vent of blood”, ये शेक्‍सपीयर के स्‍मरणीय शब्‍द हैं. वर्जिल, होरेस, प्रोपर्शियस, इन सभी रोमन कवियों के वर्णन में क्लियोपैट्रा की मौत के इसी मिथक को बारम्‍बार किंचित बदलावों के साथ दोहराया गया है।

 नैक्रोफीलिया होने के क्या कारण हो सकते हैं 

नैक्रोफीलिया एक प्रकार का मानसिक रोग है जिसको मनस्ताप के अंतर्गत वर्गीकृत किया जाता है। इसमे व्यक्ति की भावनाओं तथा संवेग में कुछ समय के लिए असामान्य परिवर्तन आ जाते है, जिनका प्रभाव उसके व्यवहार, सोच, निद्रा, तथा सामाजिक मेल जोल पर पड़ने लगता है। यदि इस बीमारी का उपचार नहीं कराया जाए तो इसके बार-बार होने की संभावना बहुत हो जाती है।

यह रोग ऐसे व्यक्तियों को होता है जिनमें मानसिक दुर्बलता होती है और जिसके कारण वे बाह्य तथा संवेगात्मक परिस्थितियों से सहज ही उद्वेलित हो जाते हैं।

 क्या नैक्रोफीलिया स्त्री और पुरुष दोनों में हो सकता है?

वर्तमान अनुसंधानों द्वारा प्रमाणित हो गया है कि यह मानसिक रोग स्त्री और पुरुष दोनों में होता है। प्राचीन तथा मध्यकालीन युग में इस रोग का कारण भूत-प्रेत माना जाता था। इसके उपचार के लिए झाड़ फूँक, गंडे ताबीज आदि का उपयोग होता था। आधुनिक काल में शारकों, जैने, मॉटर्न प्रिंस और फ्रॉयड इत्यादि मनोवैज्ञानिकों ने इसका कारण मानसिक बतलाया है। necrophilia में प्राय: मानसिक विकार का परिवर्तन शारीरिक विकार में हो जाता है। रिबट का कथन है कि मानसिक क्षोभ की अवस्था शारीरिक क्रियाओं में प्रकट होती है। फेरेंक्ज़ी का कथन है कि परिवर्तित शारीरिक क्रियाएँ मानसिक विकार की प्रतीक होती हैं।

 नैक्रोफीलिया से उत्पन्न होने वाले परिवर्तन

(1) इसमें काम प्रवृत्ति का प्राधान्य रहता है,

(2) इसमें बचपन की अनुभूतियों का विशेष महत्व होता है।
 नैक्रोफीलिया में  प्राय:काम उत्तेजना संबंधी अनुभूतियों का पुन:स्फुरण होता है। अक्सर वे ही व्यक्ति इस रोग के शिकार होते हैं जिनकी कामशक्ति का उचित विकास नहीं हो पाता। वस्तुत:  रोगी की क्रियाओं और सम्मोहनावस्था तथा कामविपरीतीकरण की क्रियाओं में पर्याप्त समानता मिलती है। विकृत कामभाव होने के कारण जब  रोगी से कुछ पूछा जाता है तो वह यही कहता है : ""मैं नहीं जानता, मुझे ऐसी कुछ बातें स्मरण नहीं हैं"" - इसका अर्थ यह है कि वह कुछ कहना नहीं चाहता क्योंकि इससे उसके अज्ञात अचेतन मन में पड़ी भावनग्रंथि को ठेस पहुँचती है।

 नैक्रोफीलिया होने के कई कारण हो सकते हैं

#दिमाग में रसायनों का असंतुलित होना,

#ऐसी किसी घटना का होना जिसका रोगी के जीवन पर गहरा असर पड़ा हो,

#किसी तरह का मानसिक दबाव होना,

परन्तु किसी एक कारण को इस बीमारी के होने के लिए दोष नहीं दिया जा सकता है। यह रोग किसी भी वर्ग, जाति, धर्म, लिंग या उम्र के व्यक्ति को हो सकती है। जिनके परिवार में किसी सदस्य को यह रोग हो या हो चुका हो उनमें यह रोग होने की संभावना कुछ अधिक होती है। अत्याधिक तनाव, सामाजिक दबाव, तथा परेशानियाँ भी बीमारी को बनाये रखने या ठीक न होने का कारण बन सकती हैं।

 नैक्रोफीलिया के लक्षण कैसे पहचाने जा सकते हैं

*बिना कारण हँसना, बोलना, नाचना, गाना,

*सामान्य से अधिक खुश रहना,

*सोने की इच्छा में कमी,

*बड़े-बड़े दावे (बातें) करना, खुद को बड़ा बताना,

*अपने अन्दर अत्यधिक शक्ति का अनुभव करना, बहुत सारे काम एक साथ करने की कोशिश करना, परन्तु किसी भी काम को सही से न कर पाना,

*यौन इच्छा में वृद्वि,

*अपनी क्षमता से परे खर्चे करने की इच्छा करना,

*छोटी-छोटी बातों पर या बेवजह गुस्सा हो जाना, विवादो या झगडों में पड़ जाना.

क्या नैक्रोफीलिया का उपचार संभव है

इस रोग के उपचार की सबसे उपयुक्त विधि मुक्त साहचर्य है। प्रारंभ में सम्मोहन का प्रयोग होता था। किंतु यह सफल नहीं रहा। मुक्त साहचर्य से रोगी का रुख जीवन के प्रति परिवर्तित हो जाता है और वह स्थायी रूप से, अल्प अथवा दीर्घकाल में रोग से मुक्त हो जाता है। मनोवैज्ञानिक विश्लेषण तथा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के नियमों से अवगत कराने से लाभ होता है। इसमें औषधि, प्रघात चिकित्सा तथा शल्य उपचार का प्रयोग नहीं किया जाता।

 नैक्रोफीलिया से ग्रसित व्यक्ति की सहायता कैसे की जा सकती है

इन्हे मनोचिकित्सक की जरूरत है।

तुरंत मनोचिकित्सक से मिलें,

दवा नियमित रूप से लें, बीमारी के लक्षण नहीं रहने पर दवा का सेवन बिना डाक्टरी सलाह के बंद न करें,

यदि रोगी नशा लेता हो तो नशे के सेवन पर पाबंदी लगाई जाए,

रोगी के आस-पास वातावरण को तनावमुक्त बनाए रखें,

रोगी के सम्मान व जरूरतों का ध्यान रखें।

इलाज के लिए दवाइयाँ, इंजेक्शन और टेबलेट दोनों रूप में मिलते हैं। मनोचिकित्सक की सलाह से तुरंत इलाज शुरू कर दें। नियमित जाँच के लिए डॉक्टर द्वारा बुलाने पर मरीज़ को समय पर अवश्य लेकर आयें। लगातार दवाई के सेवन से सिर्फ़ वर्तमान बीमारी ही ठीक नहीं होती पर भविष्य में भी बीमारी के फिर से उभरने की सम्भावना कम हो जाती है। बिना डाक्टरी सलाह के इलाज बंद करने पर बीमारी के दोबार होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। इसका इलाज लंबे समय तक चल सकता है इसलिए चिकित्सक की सलाह के बिना दवा को घटाया-बढाया नहीं जाना चाहिए।

दवा खाते हुए कुछ अनावश्यक प्रभावों (साइड एफ्फेक्ट्स) का ध्यान रखना चाहिए जैसे कि-

(१) हाथ-पाँव में कम्पन होना,

(२) मुँह सुखना, कब्ज होना,

(३) उबकाई या उल्टी आना,

(४) अत्याधिक शिथिलता रहना,
